By accessing or using King QR ("Service"), operated by King QR Technologies, a business registered in Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
King QR provides QR code generation and management services. Our Service allows users to create static and dynamic QR codes, track analytics, and manage their QR code portfolio. We offer three tiers of service: Queen (free), King ($29 USD one-time), and Empire ($70 USD one-time).
King QR operates on a one-time payment model. Unlike subscription-based competitors, you pay once and own your QR codes forever. Payments are processed through Stripe in USD with automatic currency conversion for international customers.
All Sales Are Final
King QR is a digital product that delivers instant value upon purchase. Once a QR code has been generated and downloaded, the product has been fully delivered. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund & Sales Policy for full details.
When you purchase a King or Empire tier, you receive lifetime ownership of your dynamic QR codes. This means:
You agree to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by King QR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service, including the QR codes and any associated data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, King QR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (Ontario), with arbitration taking place in Toronto, Ontario.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
